Only non-aggressive dog breeds are accepted. The following breeds are not allowed (no exceptions) and include both purebred and/or mixes:

I have lived at Northview for 6 months+ and I can say that it has been a great experience! Samantha, Alyson, David, and the rest of the staff at the office are phenomenal. I can say that OPEN COMMUNICATION with the office about your circumstances is #1. If you are open an honest with these people, they will do everything they can to accommodate and help you.
I can truly say I love living here. The location for my needs is perfect – I am within 10 mins of everything I need (stores, gas stations, eating out, main roads, bus stop) and it’s all without feeling like you’re in the middle of the city.
Northview Harbor is a great apartment community in an awesome location! They offer spacious apartment homes with several floor plans to choose from at a great price! I personally love their loft-style apartments! The office staff is wonderful to work with especially Tiffany. I definitely would recommend this place to everyone looking for an affordable and nice place to call home. They are also pet friendly and have great amenities for everyone to enjoy!
